If you plan to use Room 2 check it is free and book it with the SeniorNet office before completing this form.
If you plan to use Room 11 or 12, check on the SeniorNet calendar that the date and time you want has not already been booked. Your course booking will be entered onto the calendar and will be put on the website Home page when your submission is processed.

Please be aware that we need 2 weeks notice to ensure that the course details will be included in the weekly email sent to members.
